How does messaging work?
Messaging unlocks automatically when two users mutually like each other. Once matched, both can send unlimited messages (subject to your plan).
How do I change my profile photo?
Go to My Profile → Photos tab. Click any photo and select "Set Main" to make it your primary photo. You can also click your avatar on your profile page to change it directly.
Is my information safe?
Yes. All messages are end-to-end encrypted. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your premium benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
How does the verification badge work?
Photo verification requires a selfie matched to your profile photo. Full verification adds government ID check. Both are optional but increase trust.
